Word seems to be over looked these days with the use of emails replacing basic letter writing.
For those people who still produce meeting minutes, Procedures, Training materials, Quick Reference guides, Proposals, Agreements and Contracts I often find they don’t know about Styles or enough about them.
Creating a document using styles has many benefits;
- It becomes a navigations tool
- Structuring a Table of contents is made easy
- Consistency in headings
- Easy to update and change heading formatting
- Use Outline view to create them
