Find and Replace Formatting


Use Find and Replace to replace formatting through out a Word document.

  1. Press Home Tab/Replace
  2. Select More from the bottom Left
  3. Ensure you are in the Find What field
  4. Press the Format Button then Font
  5. Make your selections.
  6. Click in the Replace with field
  7. Make your selections
  8. Press replace all
