How to get Multi level No to appear in Style Pane


Link StylesStyle Pane Option.jpg

  1. Click on the Multilevel List button from the ribbon
  2. Select Define New list Level
  3. Format, then Numbering
  4. Click on the More button (bottom left)
  5. Select Level 1
  6. Link level to style
  7. Select List
  8. Select Level 2
  9. Link level to style
  10. Select List 1
  11. Select Level 3
  12. Link level to style
  13. Select List 3

Now the styles you have used with the Multilevel numbering will now display in the Style Pane as List, List1, List 2, List 3.

You may need to go into Options of the Style Pane and set the Select
