How To Be More Efficiently Using Microsoft Outlook

One way of being more efficient when handling your email messages is to make a simple change in setting.

When  you reply to a message from within an existing folder, your message is saved to the sent items. You then have to go to the sent items and file it away.

Change Settings

  1. File Tab/ Options
  2. Mail/ Save Messages group
  3. Select when replying to a message that is not in the inbox, Save the rely in the same folder.
