How To Present To Multiple Audiences With Microsoft PowerPoint

Sometimes you have one Power Point presentation but delivering different slides to two or more audiences. Try using Custom slide show.

  1. Go to the Slide Show Tab
  2. Select Custom Slide Show
  3. Press New and enter a name “Management


  1. Now tick each of the slide for Management to see
  2. Press the Add button in the middle to transfer slides


Repeat the steps for as many different groups you may need. For example Staff


Running Multiple Views

  1. Press F5 to run your presentation
  2. Right click on the screen
  3. Select Custom Show
  4. You should now see each of the groups you created
  5. Select and continue to run the presentation
