How to remove duplicates in Excel


Some times we may have a list of ,Account codes, Security pass code, Surnames or Departments where there should be no duplicates.

  1. Select the cells with the duplicate values
  2. Go to Data tab/ Data Tools group
  3. Select Remove Duplicates
