Outlook – Can’t find View Settings (2016)

Microsoft is aware of this issue and working on a fix. In the meantime, you can try the following workaround:

  1. On the ribbon, click View > Change View.
  2. Right-Click one of the views, such as Compact or Preview
  3. Click View Settings.

You can use View settings to set conditional formatting, sort, group format columns.
